Naomi had a great Pirate birthday party. We sent out invitations with a Treasure Map on it. The kids came and we got dressed up like pirates and then searched for buried treasure. The night before the girls helped me make a treasure chest birthday cake. It didn't turn out like Martha Stewart's would have, but the girls thought it was sooo cool. I'm sure we'll get better at it as the years go by. After the party the girls went into the bathroom to paint their toes and put on the make-up Naomi had got for a present. Hannah says she wants a pirate birthday too!
