The kids got new clothes just for the special occasion
Victor's Aunt Dalys and Uncle Mitch drove down from Utah to be with us!Victor was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant Friday December 18th. It was awesome!! Mitch (his uncle) and I put on his gold bar. The major put him under oath and one of his teachers, Sgt. Ehersman, gave him his first salute. Joshua was a stinker and ran around the stage while we were putting on the bars--I guess it wasn't a big deal but I still turned red. That kid!

Its always hard to look as nice as those men and women in their service dress. You and Victor make a handsome couple. And your children are beautiful.
You've got great times ahead, Ann! Definitely take advantage of those commissary privileges...that's if there isn't a Trader Joe's nearby, right?
