The kids and I are doing so great here in Delta Junction, Alaska. The weather was cold but is now warming up to the 40s. The darkness is less and the days are getting longer! It is amazing to drive out of town and look at the amazing snow covered mountains in the distance.
I feel at home here. The air is clean, there isn't a traffic light in town, and the kids are loving it. The people are some of the friendliest on earth---it such a wonderful place to be!
It was so fun to see Moose nibbling on a tree outside the post office, off of the main road in town.
There are buffalo roaming around, we had a herd cross the highway on our way up to Delta.
