We spent the day at Independence Lake with friends. The girls had a blast swimming and playing in the sprinklers.
We went home took showers and naps and then headed to Kensington Metro Park to watch the fireworks. We ate chips and the girls pretended they were vampires. The girls loved the sparklers and called them their "magic wands". The fireworks were incredible and the girls were awestruck by them.
